Your hard drive is failing and should be replaced as soon as possible. If you can still boot the computer, be certain to copy/backup any important files that you have created or saved (documents, music, etc.) to an external drive.
If your computer is still under warranty, contact Dell for a replacement drive. Some Dell warranties are in-home service, so check your warranty. Unfortunately, to get warranty replacement, you'll need to contact Dell, first. This should get you started:

If out of warranty, you could purchase from Dell, but any 2.5" 9.5 mm SATA notebook drive will work. Your operating system (Windows 7, etc.) and software would need to be reinstalled.
