I need drivers for the Ethernet Controller & SMI bus controller

you must turn one of ,one driver will be for Ethernet the other for wifi.right hand side connect icon right click go to network and sharing ,left hand side up top change adapter choose the one you want.as the the yellow marks its telling those drivers are missing.you need either to download them or look for your driver or motherboard disc as the drivers will be on there.

If your Ethernet hardware is built in to your motherboard go to your computer manufacturer's website or your m/b manufacturer's website and download the drivers from there. If you have a separate Ethernet card, go to the card manufacturer's website and download the drivers from there.

Go to the manufacturers support driver page. Put in your exact model computer and operating system. Choose drivers....look for the driver marked as a "chipset" This will most likely have what you are looking for. Download the file and click onit, it will self install.

open device manager and i m sure that it will be given under system devices because all the devices that does not come under
unidentified devices are in the system devices list check it there or instead use some software like driver detective to find all the devices connected to the computer and get their device drivers

Find the network card manufacturer, and get those drivers. That is what you need

Just visit Foxconn's support website. They've got them all. just google : foxconn

and use common sense.

if you want to download from the same PC then you cant as the Ethernet driver will not be installed ..

if it is installed then you can download ....

check it in the
control panel>system(switch to classic view in case of XP)> hardware>device manager
in device manager go to network adapters there if the Ethernet driver is installed then you will be displayed there (if the driver is not installed then you will not see that network adapters also)
if it is not installed then you must download the Ethernet driver from some where else to your system from your manufacture(motherboard or chipset manufacture) website (if it is intel then http://downloadcenter.intel.com in this website you can search it & download)
if you have the Ethernet driver installed then you can download from your system only the other drivers from the manufacture website ....
