How to enable and disable WiFi in Windows 7 idea laptops Lenovo Support ..not sure if this will help you out but have a look.

Please ensure that the correct drivers for the wifi adapter are installed. T410's can have different wifi makes, and installing the wrong one will make the wifi inoperative. Ensure you grab the drivers from the Lenovo support site.

go to network and internet in control panel. find the wireless adapter. enable it.

Reinstall the WiFi driver:

Alternatively, you can Enable/Disable WiFi by opening:
Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network and Sharing Center>Change Adapter Settings

You should see your WiFi connection listed. Right Click to Enable or Disable.
