My first thought is that is the primer bulb in the right way round as effectively, it is a one way valve New bulbs also fail to work properly. I reckon that is why they come in packs of 10 :>D Take it off, connect it to fuel and make sure it pumps.

It should be a spline tool. It is the most common one.

Check there is no damage to the fuel line. and that the carb 'primes' I can send you the manual but i need to know the exact model.

check idle settings, if its ok check all valves and carburator assy is ok, check gaskets and sealings.

between carburator and cilinder is air leak. it must be perfektly clean and perfektly compleeted.

Turn both jets all the way in.then turn them out 11/4 turns out.start it up and you can fine tune it from there by turning the jets in or out.

Your carburator float is probably sticking you should probably buy a carburator rebuild kit or take it to a small engines mechanic

check air leaks between cilinder and carburator, if its ok- fine, check rebuid carburator.

The carburator may need adjusting. If this doesn't correct the problem check the air filter then clean or replace it. If this doesn't correct the problem inspect the diaphragm for holes or if it has become hard. If so replace it. Otherwise the carburator may require rebuilding or replacing.

all husquvarna products have the same settings 1 turn out high side and 1 turn out on low side to start. high side should never be set ant less then 7/8 of a turn,if it less then that it will burn the saw up from being to lean....
