I believe so. You will need to know the construction of the caller ID string sent by the telco through PRI and then the ICS needs to be programmed to display the portion(s) of the string desired by the customer.
Dear Annabelle, Is the machine call pilot 100 or 150.if 100 the 2 leds in your left hand side should be on also in your right hand side the middle led should be on same for 150 the 4 leds in your left hand side should be on.1) Try to unplug the power cable and re-connect it again.2) Make sure that the the output telephone cable [100 (2 pair) or 150 (4 pair)] depends on the device comming from the call pilot to the Nortel PABX connected properly from both sides. dont hesitate to contact me if you are facing any doubt.Goodluck and Kind Regards; Ahmed Safaa El-DeebTelecom & Network Engineer
Would you expect a Nortel phone to work on an NEC sysem? The phone is digital and it requires an NEC system to work. Nortel M7208,7310, T7316 are phones that typically work on Nofrtel digital systems. They also require a digital port.
You can set divert for the calls to another number. Do check for the call settings and activate the divert based on situation like..

The max distance that Cat5e or Cat6 can be run is 90 meters or 295 feet. As cnavarro stated, signal repeaters would be best utilized in your situation up to 590 feet otherwise fiberoptics are the next and more expensive route. You should also divide the run equally with the repeater as it would not be effective with an offset balance.
