You must used your ethernet cable first or your LAN for us to get internet then check device manager for the check the exact driver for your wireless. check the properties and driver details. You must download driver by link http://www.driver-id.ru/download-f.pci-ven-14e4-dev-4315-subsys-000b1028.html . Then you must install driver manually by going to right-click "my computer"->manage-> device manager-> other devices-> right-click on network controller(or something else, i don't know how it written into english Windows XP) -> Update driver-> No))->install from scpecifying place->Next-> and specify the place where driver on. To find and install the driver for the simple communications controller:

Go to Device Manager and click on the pci simple communications controller


Go to Properties and then Details. You will see a code like PCI/VEN_8086&DEV_27D8&SUBSYS...
The VEN code means vendor and the DEV code means device: in the example the vendor is 8086 and the device is 27D8.

Once you have the two codes, go to www.pcidatabse.com. Enter the two codes and you should get the name of your hardware.

From there, you can search for a driver download for your hardware

Get the motherboard driver from the manufacturer site and run it on your pc it will surely work

download 50000 pc drivers for xp from torrentz/mininova make sure u have either bitlord or utorrent installed on ure system 1st when download is done move folder from in downloads to your desktop now open up device manager goto the pci device needing driver should have yellow question mark at it and tell the pc to search your desktop and it should hopefully find it in the folder when done delete folder and make sure your not running utorrent/bitlord as you will be shareing this file with others
