My Bosch Axxis WFL pump drain blocked. I had a service man try to work on the machine. He was so frustrated that he and all service men in Hays KS refuse to work on Bosch washing machines. Bosch will not send me a service manual. How can I get a service manual so that I can make the repair myself?

you have cleaned it completely and nothing is blocking the drain pump assembly
then it means that the drain pump is bad and needs replacement. Please get back

Do you have the "Service" manual that a service tech would use to troubleshoot and fix this issue?
I just purchased a used on and after each load I have to use the small drain hose. There is nothing that I can see in the pump housing by unscrewing the plug.
Can anyone help with this please????
I had a similar problem and found orthodontic rubber bands wound around the pump impeller shaft. It was a major pain to get them out of that pump because of its depth but it did fix the problem.
