I have a samsung galaxy precedent and my caller I.D. function has stopped how do I fix it

Desirae, you need USB drivers for your computer to detect the phone and let you do stuff.

once you download the drivers and run them you should be able to complete the transfer processes

call the phone company and they will either unlock it for you or have u come into the store to get it fixed. DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO UNLOCK IT. if u try to many times, you will completly get locked out and will have to get a brand new sims card
