When I start up my machine I get an error message; ER 9. My manual tells me to turn it off and fix the problem, but I have no idea what the problem is I have to fix!? What does ER 9 mean?

Thanks for the response. The problem turned out to be my fault. I had my Diamond connected to my computer when I tried to install the drivers. As soon as I disconnected it, the drivers all installed and everything is fine.

Needle breaks
1.the needle is damaged
2.the needle is not correctly inserted
3.wrong size needle for the fabric
4.the wrong foot is attached
5.the needle clamp screw is loose
6. Top tension is too tight
