Thank you for contacting Embroidery Software Support. Please install using the following files and instructions. HClass 600E Software Installation...

1. Please go to: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1-Y0r9r...



2. Click the Download button located in the upper-right corner and save the file when prompted. Please make a note of the location.



3. Locate the file that was downloaded. It may be in the Downloads folder.



4. Open the "HClass 600E Installation Files 2_0_0_6.ZIP" file.



5. Click Extract or Extract all files. Select the destination or make a note of where the files will be extracted.



NOTE: The download is large. The download time will depend on your Internet connection speed. Unzip the files into a folder, then double-click HCLASS_Start.exe to install the program. After you install the main program, download and install the HClass 2.0.0.7 update to add the appropriate drivers for Windows 8 or 10. Use this link to download the HClass 2.0.0.7 update...

if you still haven't got the machine to turn on, you may have to have it checked, if it has a computer in it, it could have done something to the computer..

The Viking program is called System 5 so you need the specific message to do a Find in this document. Error explanations exist in 10+ different areas of the document.

Hi, did anyone find the answer to this? Finally managed to download the software (courtesy of this fab forum) but no option to transmit design.

Needle breaks
1.the needle is damaged
2.the needle is not correctly inserted
3.wrong size needle for the fabric
4.the wrong foot is attached
5.the needle clamp screw is loose
6. Top tension is too tight
7. machine could also be out of time

Check Win 7 compatablity

if you have the 600E, the manual is included on the dongle - just open the files up and you will be able to see it in pdf form
