Have you a graphics card you could use? if so you could try re-installing graphics drivers for the onboard graphics. if not, to test the video output you would need a post test card, available for approx £15. this would enable you to test your motherboard completely.

please remove ram and clean ram fix it power will on ..
not on power
BIOS problem mother bord warrenty ..please go near service center
or components problems ...also ...consult service center
try to use other memory or processor which is functional, then insert it to your motherboard, if the problem still exist then maybe the motherboard will be the problem.
If motherboard would be the problem try washing it with the use of water and powder soap, then if you have a blower dry it until the water of the board dried or just hung the motherboard and wait atleast 3days before you assemble the parts. NOTE : Remove the cmos battery before you wash the motherboard, because it will cause a broke of your board,
or if you have some extra money the safest way is to buy a new one, but first try your old parts into other motherboard which is working, if you confirmed that the motherboard is the problem then thats the time you will do those steps or replace your motherboard.
Hope it help you.
thanks
It is normal for a board to beep if there isn't any RAM in it. This is due to the POST process checking to see if everything is all right, and finding no ram.
to check the board, ll you can do, is make sure the CPU is compatible with the MB, also try putting an graphics in the machine. If it displays, great! Then you know your onboard graphics are not woking or disabled in CMOS. If it doesn't show anything, and you know that the RAM is not faulty, and the CPU is compatible, and you plugged out all CD-Roms/HDDs, then either your onboard graphics are faulty, or your motherboard is dead.
with no ram you will get beeps that confirms your processor is working (as it cant detect ram) you could be using the wrong speed or type, also as Ghoaliass stated, if your using a couple of modules try one at a time, if it fails on the first, remove the stick and try anther one and so on until you at lease get a bios screen :)
