Sorry its too early to expect a sound driver in Win2k8. Give more time for programmers to make, say 6 mos. Sorry. Try sending an email to HP about the problem, they might give you their secret driver. Anyway your too advance in OS. good luck.

If you were running windows XP before you install window 7 then there is a big problem, if the manufacture supports XP only for your model there is no way around this, you can try checking out forums with the make and model, you might find someone who has come up with a solution.
