How do I clean my cache

As you surf the Web and enter log in information, some sites store your personal information in files called cookies.

Cookies save your log in data so that you don't have to enter the information each time you visit a site.

In addition, some sites save site data such as images and documents in your browser's cache.

These temporary files can speed up the time it takes to visit the website in the future.

If you want to get rid of cookies and cache data, you can do so by following a few steps.

Open Internet Explorer and select "Safety" on the toolbar.

Select "Delete Browsing History..." and select the boxes next to "Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files."

Click "Delete" to clean your cache and cookies.

Firefox

Open Firefox and select the "Tools" menu. Click "Clean Recent History."

Select "Everything" from the drop-down menu next to "Time Range to Clear."

Select the boxes next to "Cache" and "Cookies" in the list below "Details."

Click "Clear Now" to erase your cache and cookies.

Google Chrome

Open Google Chrome and click the "Wrench" icon to the right of the address bar.

Select "Options" and click the "Under the Hood" tab. Click "Clear Browsing Data" under "Privacy" and select the boxes next to "Empty the Cache" and "Delete Cookies and Other Site Data.

" Select "Everything" from the "Clear Data From This Period:" drop-down menu.

Click "Clear Browsing Data" to empty your cache and delete your cookies.

Hope this helps.

I cannot open my yahoo email?

If you're having problems loading the Yahoo Mail web client, I suggest clearing your browser's cookies and cache. That will reset the logins and sessions in your browser, as well as clearing some temporarily stored files that are cached to speed up browsing. By doing that, you're going to be logged out of any websites, but it will often fix strange glitches with websites.
To clear your cookies and cache in Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, hold Ctrl and Shift and press Delete while still holding them. Choose the time range of "everything" or "all time" and only check the Cookies and Cache boxes to delete. If you're using Internet Explorer, the process is different for the version you are using. You can find details for all versions of Internet Explorer at this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278835.
Once your cookies and cache are cleared, try going to Yahoo Mail again and log in. It should now work.
