remove the toner/drums and transfer belt. on the right side is the reg rollers. there is a black arm and sensor the detects the paper weight etc there. that will control the paper sense errors, make sure it moves freeley, clear of paper, dust etc.

disconnect the power cord, open back panel(hinged door and connecting panel(2 screws). check the security of all the connectors on the 2 main circuit boards.
also on the RH board, pull out and reinsert the memory chipsets, to make sure they have good contact..
