How do you replace the gas dryer igniter on an amana LGA 30AW
SOURCE: my gas dryer's igniter glows,
im sure the theory would be the same as the whirlpool, in the whirlpool, they have this flame sensor, if it senses the heat from the igniter, the it would open the solenoid valve to release the gas to ignite and hold it open as long as there is flame present.
it could be a defective flame sensor.
cheers,
