Retrieval of contacts from my phone after the screen goes white

Hi if your phones screen is white then this is a sign that the ribbon that takes data from the circuit board has become damaged. what happens is that when the phone has been opened and closed load of times the little copper wires that run inside the ribbon become brittle and break, the only option you have of solving this problem is to get the ribbon replaced.
its not expensive to buy and wont cost much to fit.

their is no easy fix as it is a case of getting new parts fitted to your phone.

Sony Ericsson W series is popular for this fault. The only 2 User Fixable options are :-

1. Remove the battery. After 30 minutes, again plug in the battery and check if that could fix the issue.

2. Update the Firmware ( Best solution as of now ).

Unless , you need to send it for repair.

You can also search for this fault online . This fault is known as " White Screen Of Death ".

the crystal diode is broken causing the white screen on your phone. your best chances are to replace the whole lcd screen.

it's a big problem but we can solve that...first we change the flex,if still persist change the keypad board...

its the strip problem.. the strip, that connect the display section to the other circuitry...
this kind of problem mostly comes in flip or slide phone as u have..
go to a repairshop. they will see if it is repairable or if not then they will change it..
sometimes it damages from one side that can be repaired.

well you need to pay for it to be fix the flexcable need to be replaced to solve the problem you are having.

the flexcable need to be replaced on the phone.

it may be pro in display..so better change ur display else reinstall ur mob software else change display ic alone
