Push button on my jacuzzi won't start it despite power going to unit

How do you turn this on? If it is an air button that you push, it may well be the air switch in the motor is bad. The air switch is latching so when you push the button on the tub it closes the switch and lets the power go to the motor. When the button is pushed a 2nd time the switch will open and shut off the power going to the motor.
An air switch will cost about $21 to purchase.

The Display size switch setting does not match that stored in memory.
Action - Reselect the size of Smartdrive by using the SIZE SETTING MODE. Push and hold
the water temp up button, then press the power button to enter SIZE SETTING MODE. Three
LEDs are used to identify size. The cold water temperature LED identifies 5kg. The low water
level LED identifies 6kg. The hold spin speed LED identifies 7kg. If the product has not been
setup before all 3 LEDs will be on. To set the size for 5kg push the wash temp up button then
the power button. To set the size for 6kg push the water level up button then the power button.
To set the size for 7kg push the spin speed up button then the power button. This locks the size
into memory. To check the size is set, start a cycle.

Try compressed air through the system,careful not to use too much pressure. Also you may use another water pump to push water through system and free up the motor. The easiest thing may be to get a new motor though.

Try changing the motor relay.

In my case I took the motor out and used a screw driver to turn the impeller in the front of the pump and the fins inthe back. Put it back together and it worked. I then used 2 tablesoons of dishwashing detergent and 1/2 cup bleach and ran it for 20 minutes to clean and degrease the impellers

I got the same problem a few days ago error#131 on my msntv2 unit. Tech support at msn said to start with the power on ---then push and hold (alt) and push power and release both at the same time and the power should shut off.--- Then push and release Power and Immediately push and hold down (alt.)---Then a Orange light should come on---Then release the (alt) key--- then enter 5532 5532. If that does'nt work then try starting with the power off---Then push the OK button 3 times then push 5532 5532. Mine didnt work so I dont know what happens after that. Good luck

Good Morning drlesleyanne. The issue you describe will down to the PCB inside the push button controller. If this does not send the correct signal to the processor box it can cause the unit to 'fail safe' and this is why the unit needs a power reboot. The remedy to this is to replace the push button control itself and once installed should allow the shower to work correctly again. Most likely, this issue might be caused by Start button being stuck. If you can't turn the product ON by pushing the Start button, double check if the Start button is somehow stuck, and also make sure that the unit is firmly plugged in to the wall outlet. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try a different outlet because you might be experiencing power outage on the outlet where it's plugged in. If that won't resolve it, I'm afraid the unit has to be serviced.

The unit uses a air switch, you should see a plastic tube going from the switch to the power switch.

remove the tube at the power switch end, and then push the switch, you should feel air, come out.
If you feel air, then you must have a defective power switch.
