Hi ramontrevino - I personally recommend making sure that when you are loading the washer to make sure it is not too little clothing or too much since it could create an out of balance load. If this is not the case, then the unit may possibly have a broken or damaged shock absorber, bearing or pulley issue. At this point, I would recommend connecting with an experience technician to determine the underlying cause.
