When you are using the Internet and your browser displays a
404 error, it has been able to communicate with the server that hosts the Web
page but the page (or file) does not exist on the server.
This may be due to an old link or bookmark or a typing error
but the website owner may also have permanently removed the file or page from
the website or changed the URL.
The following steps can help you remedy user errors or
locate the page, if it still exists.
Check that you typed the correct URL into the address bar.
If you made a typing mistake, fix it and press
"Enter" to go to the correct page.
Click the Reload button in your browser or press
"F5" on the keyboard to refresh the page if you believe the URL to be
correct.
Press the "F5" and the "Control" keys
simultaneously to instruct your browser to ignore any cached data for the Web
page and perform a complete refresh, if normal refresh does not work.
Load the main page of the website in your browser, instead
of the specific page, and use the navigation links or search bar to locate the
page you wish to visit.
