Try www.evenflo.com and use Contact us at bottom left. Request a manaul via email. You will need Model # and Serial Number and Date of Manufacture (MFG). Be sure to see if yours is part of their recall for the embrace car seat.

I know alot about strollers, but I dont understand what it is you need help with.

If I looked up the correct model number for your stroller, this webpage will list the instructions in the list of replacement parts and you can open it & print for free.
