Tip of my Stanley PowerLock 25' broke off. Is it repairable? Yes the tape slid back into the housing.

You can put it back on but depending on how it broke and how you reattach the measurement will be off a tad.

I can't figure out how to add new blades. I can't find anything on Stanley website.

if this a tape measure, then pull the old tape all the way out.
hold the spring end, unhook the tape and put the new tape onto the spring end. Let it wind back up

I have a Stanley Power Lock 30' Tape Measure with 2' 9" of tape that I cannot get back into the housing, Is there an easy solution to this problem? Advise and thanks,

you can try to pull the tape all the way out and then with a rag lightly oiled let the tape rewind back into the housing if that does not work then you probably need to purchase a new tape. for whatever reasona the spring inside has gotten weak. i use a tape daily and have had this same problem when a tape gets old or abused

How to replace the tape on a stanley 25" tape measure

Did it break and go flying up inside there? Take it back where you bought it, tell them you want a new one, they will replace it, all Stanley tools are warranted, the dealer may not want to do it, but he has to. You will never get it right by replacing the blade. I take that back, you might get it right.

I have a Stanley 12 ft. Powerlock tape model # 33-212. The plastic thumb locking trigger just broke. Can I purchase a new one and if so where?

No. You'll have to replace the tape measure, or find another similar model to rob the part from...See here and here.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.

How to basically operate my stanley fatmax, TLM100. The directions that came with it were for another Stanley product. Thanks,Ralph

Press the red button - (distance) you will see a red dot on the wall you are measuring - then you will hear a beep - release the button and read the display - the measurement should be displayed and accurate within a quarter inch.
