Just go straight 2 your sim card provider, ok? then if u are using an iphone, you can go to the net and visit thier website, there they will give u a solution.
The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3
times.
You need to call the phone company that released
the SIM card, they can retrieve the puk code from a database for free.
In your case you need to contact your SIM card
provider technical support to unlock the SIM.
The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not
to the phone.
If you replace the SIM card with a different one,
then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore. Hope This Helps!!!

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider. The Puk number depends on the pin lock on the sim, the phone will still work with a different Sim card.
To unlock the Puk code you need to call the contact number for the service provider for your Sim. Alternatively you can unlock the PUK code at a local shop for a small fee, £10 or £20 in UK.
To unlock PUK, call the company that branded your Sim card.
