Jnc portable dvd player SSP-207S, player was working fine, only just been purchased from hong kong. now when loading a disk, screen displays loading, then displays "wrong disk" and will not play any disk . the player belongs to my special needs son, so I don't know if he has done anything to cause this it's quite possible. good luck we need it sherril kassay.

-Plug in your mp3 player

-Go 'My Music' and find your music files.

-Either select all your songs, open them with 'Windows Media Player' and transfer them that way.

-Or 'Open My Computer' then open 'Mp401'or something along those lines, and drag the songs from where your songs are located [My Music] to the 'Music' folder in your Nano Mp401 folder.

[MyMusic] Song.mp3 >drag to> [MyComputer/Mp401] Music.

try running an optical disk cleaner it worked for me but I have to clean often.........a cheap fix if it works.

To add music
plug mp4 into usp, open ''my computer'' then copy and paste your music into mp4 drive, most likly drive E
to add video
install the mp4 software, then use the conversion tool to convert your video files to amv format then just copy and paste into mp4 drive just as you would with your music files.
