I have several 1320 printers, when I purchased one of them it worked good but the toner cartridge left some ink inside the printer and shortly after that it stopped putting ink on the paper,I replaced the toner and cleaned it up but still have same problem I also replaced the transfer roller. Is it possible there's ink on some connection that I need to clean.
Thanks

hmmm...sounds like your toner cartridge is truly unhappy. I'd return it if I were you.
no worries..start by getting new driver for that here

I had this problem (among many others with my printer). I found that just cleaning the front roller with a damp paper towel fixed it. Wipe it carefully and let it dry before reloading the paper. The rubber on the roller seems to lose it's ability to pick up the paper if it sits unused for any length of time, so wiping it with warm water and drying it works. Good luck. Lynette

Other than cleaning the paper path as needed, and replacing the cartridge with yet another, you are likely stuck! You might try an unauthorized refill!

it may be not a genuine one, or you have a paper jam inside the printer

That sounds like the ink is coming off the waste ink absorbers. Try blotting the excess ink off the bottom of the printer with paper towels. The ink absorbers are small pads at the bottom of the paper feed path. With work, you can pull them pads and rinse them clean and then reinstall them when dry. Unfortunately, this can take almost disassembling the printer. Simply absorbing some of the excess is a temporary step.
I hope this helps.

(there is a counter that indicates when (based on average use) the waste ink absorber is full. The printer will stop working when that number is reached. Unfortunately, I haven't seen a reset for this model that actually works.)
