Spinning fast and furious, just doesn't wring clothes dry

My washer is working fine. When you open the washer during the spin cycle, it is spining furiously. But at the end of the cycle, the clothes are still wringing wet. I have had to resort to emptying out half the clothes and spinning them possibly two to three times more to get them so you could put them in the dryer. Now, after doing that process for weeks now, you can't wring the clothes dry enough to put in the dryer at all.

It sounds like you need a water pump!
See if it's pumping water next time you do load by looking at the discharge hose going to the drainage pipe and get back to me!

Thor laundry system won't dry clothes I have a thor no venting washer/dryer combo machine, that has been working fine for years. Suddenly it is not drying clothes and instead, clothes are soaking wet...

I am having the same problem on a WD9900A. The wash cycle works great. Spins fast and clothes are completely rung out. Dryer cycle heats up well. Fluffs and heats cloths. At some point during dry cycle water is injected on clothes and they end up sopping wet; much wetter than after wash. Filter is clear. Outlet pipe clear and functions well. Possible problem with dryer timer? Or washer timing kicking back on?

Spin is not going fast enough to dry out clothes

spin is not suppose to dry the clothes, simply wring the most water it can from them.

are you sure you are not set on a gentle cycle? might your washer offer a extra spin cycle?

THE MACHINE SHAKES WITHOUT CONTROL

During the spin cycle if your cloths are too heavy on one side you will get this problem, reposition the cloths and it should cure the problem, at least thats what I do when my machine gets to shaking.

Maytag neptune stops in mid cycle

It sounds like your drain pump is going. Neptunes are suppose to neqarly dry the clothes with how fast it spins. A poor drain pump/motor, could cause this to be less effective. There could also be something in the drain lines. I would check that before you pay money on a pump though.

Whirlpool washer lxr9245eq1 doesn't spin dry completely

Try this... while in in spin turn your spin selector switch and listen if motor spins slower or faster.. at fast spin open your lid quick to see how fast its spinning.. check and make sure your drain line is cleared and the water flow out fast...and if its spinning too slow problem is in the gearbox area..
