Quinny Zapp 2009 (4 wheel version): Noisy Front left wheel

I purchased a Quinny Zapp (4 wheel version) in the USA in Nov 08. When my baby sits in it, the front left wheel is extremely noisy, and can be heard a mile away.

We have opened up the both front wheels, and it seems that everything is intact (the quiet right wheel looks the same on the inside as the noisy left wheel).

As we do not live in the USA, we need to be able to solve this problem on our own, as it is unpleasant to use such a noisy stroller. Please help!

At the moment the Quinny Zapp Xtra with folding seat unit is only available in the USA.

If you are in the USA please contact [email protected] to ask them about compatibility between the products you have and the new Quinny Zapp Xtra folding seat unit.

If you are not in the USA we must advise you not to attempt to combine your products with a USA Quinny Zapp Xtra folding seat unit as the products have not been tested or approved in combination.

Quinny zapp xtra bumper bar for older version
Hi

Quinny cannot advise the use of non-official Quinny products with the pushchair.

The Zapp Xtra bumper bar is not compatible with the 2011 model Zapp Xtra seat unit as modifications were made for the 2012 model seat unit to be compatible with the bumper bar.

Where can you get the zapp xtra with 4 wheels ?
Quinny Zapp 4 is a USA specification model specifically designed, tested and approved under USA standards.

It is a completely separate product from European model Quinny Zapp 3 and it is not possible to alter a Zapp 3 to become a Zapp 4.

Quinny Zapp 4 model cannot be sold outside of USA as it has not been tested or approved under other countries standards for sale of wheeled nursery goods.

no not in the least.... just download the manual for that zapp thingy and or even a new one should do... because it is for carrying a baby, when they find a good and safe design they don't often change it. if you cannot find what you are after please let me know i'll download the manual and try and explain it to you.... i'll need the model number again tho
