You can try blowing through the line with compressed air from the etcher nozzle end back through the unit. The etcher nozzle may need to be put through an ultrasonic cleaner. Go through your etcher and make sure none of the seals are damaged and all the components are in good shape. The aluminium oxide is destructive and will eventually wear out the lines and etcher assemblies it passes through.

You will have to remove the plastic cap on the end of the tool where the tips go in. Then screw on the cutting guide.

These can get a little tight. Try a little WD40 on it. Hold little button to lock in place and use the wrench provided to unscrew it.

Have you tried changing the bushings. These are located inside the screw looking pieces. There are usually one on each side and these can be purchased at Lowes. If this doesn't work, then the motor is most likely burned up. The bushings are easy to replace just unscrew and the old will fall out and sit the new in and screw the cap back on.

there in the kit is a shaft with a screw tip on it, you need to thread the polishing disc on the shaft, the shaft has a threaded screw, not the internal type

BUT it doesn't explain how to change the bits. If I remember correctly there is a grub screw near the tip that you loosen with a small flat blade screwdriver to change the tips. If your model is different then perhaps posting a picture would make it easier to give a better description.

there is a screw at the tip of the dremel, take it out and it is pretty basic after that

Unplug it, then while pushing in the little silver button near the head use a wrench on the hex nut and turn counter clockwise about a 1/2 turn. Push the bit in, then pull it out (that releases the little fingers that hold it).

The silver button locks the head so it won't spin while you are changing bits. Always be sure it is released before plugging in or turning on the power.
