Hi, i have a DWD-F1221 Daewoo washing machine. I washed one load this morning, with no problems, then when i put the next load on it suddenly stopped after a few minutes, displaying an error cod (E8) which is not in the trouble shooting section of the manual. I have tried switching the power off, cleaning the machine etc and nothing seems to work. What do i do now??

I do not believe that is a 1E I think it's an IE error code which would be water inlet wiring or something like that. Here is the code list, scroll down until you find IE, Daewoo errors start at E2, hope this helps.

The washing machine or washer dryer door has been detected as open or unlocked.
·Close the door!
·Check the door lock switch
·Check the door latch
·Check PCB
Daewoo e8 - engine error! or Bad soldering. Remove the control panel (the one in which many connections). Remove the rear rubber compound around contacts blue relay. Resolder them. And it will be all ok! Or - remove the entire back of the compound and look for where the bad soldering (cold soldering ). You can see it - blackened or exfoliated. Just solder all.
