You meen tonner near end you have to purchase a new tonner cartridge and replace or refill if you refill it you must get with your cartridge a reset card
If the toner cartidge had been refilled, then either a chip had not been replaced correctly or a "low toner bar" inside wasn't cleaned properly while the cartridge was being rebuilt. If the cartridge was OEM new, it probably had a faulty or missing chip.
Toner cartridge memory counts how many print outs passing through it, once memory sensed yield count crossed, printer will say that "low toner" , after couple of prints it will says to "replace the cartridge". If you refilled this cartridge with out replacing the memory printer will treats its old cartridge only.. Replacing the memory will solves your problem. Ideal memory chip...
check maybe you are using different toner cartridge! i mean the same model of cartridge but there is a number of pins(teeth) on the cartridges... that's why it shows empty toner coz the toner are not dropping to the developing unit!
When the toner cartridge is exhausted or empty then theprinter will not be able to print further documents or the prints will be veryfaint.
You may be able to print a few more pages by removing thetoner cartridge and shaking the toner cartridge in a horizontal position a fewtimes and then placing it back into the printer.
This will give you an opportunity to print a few more pages and giveyou time to purchase a new toner cartridge for your printer. A cheaperalternative is to purchase a re-manufactured toner cartridge for your modelprinter.
A re-manufactured printer cartridge also replaces worn partsas well as refilling with toner powder.
I recommend you do not try refilling toner cartridges, the toner powder is very fine and you do not want to breath in this toner powder. You can purchase a new toner cartridge or a cheaper alternative is a re-manufactured toner cartridge.
The laser printer has run out of toner, you need to install a new toner cartridge or a recharged toner cartridge. Check the internet for replacement toner cartridge for your model printer or purchase a toner cartridge from your computer shop.
is this the same kind same brand of toner and tell you not compatible? You may check the toner connector they might be bent and no contacts or simple the tonner cartridge is not loaded correctly.
This is a common problem. You need to be sure that the toner and drum unit are seated correctly. I assume you. You may also want to try a different toner in case the chip is bad on it.
The following has been known to work also. Open front cover leaving the toner cartridge and drum unit in.
Press the Options button,
When "Replace Drum?" comes up quickly press the Start button.
Immediately press the "1" and "0" button. The display will say "Accepted" and the error will go away.
