no, that dos not sound right at all, if you wish to challenge this and
test the they have a good battery or friend to boost your battery when
it is not starting and try it again, do this several times, but this
makes no sense to me, if you have a volt meter and know how to use it
check your battery voltage when it is running, it should read 13.5 to 14
volts max, this is the nominal voltage you should read with the vehicle
running.
this is what i can tell you your tv has 2 boards a main one and a power supply one anything that has to do with your imputs tv, av, hdmi, etc has to do the main that includes the picture going off and sound you can contact the manufacturer and tv technicians, but the only place that its going to be cheap its at www.shopjimmy.com guaranteed
Unfortunately, what you're describing is a repair
issue. You won't be able to address the problem with troubleshooting.
There is a part inside the TV that needs to be replaced. If you're
under warranty, this will cost you nothing. If you're not under
warranty the cost will likely be a minimum of $200 parts and labor.
However, be warned that the cost could be considerably higher.

Resetting the TV If the buttons on the remote AND the buttons on the TV case do not work (channels do not change and you cannot open or navigate the menu), the TV has stopped responding. Reset the TV as follows:
NOTE: Some TVs have a reset button. If available and accessible, try using the reset buttons before using the steps below. Using the reset buttons can save time. 1. Unplug the TV power cord from the power outlet. 2. Unplug any connected devices (DVD, Set-top boxes, etc...) 3. Press and hold the TV power button for five seconds. 4. Plug the TV power cord back into the power outlet and turn on the TV. 5. Open the on-screen menu to confirm that the TV is responding again. 6. Turn off the TV and reconnect the devices. 7. Turn on the TV.
i don't know what brand and model of your television,,,all i can say is that, you have to read first the manual instructions. you press the menu and check.
