Like you try to go to the app button and it does not respond. you try to type a password etc in and it starts changing from abc to numbers to symbols and then starts typing things in on its own. you try to shut it down and when you push ok it moves over to cancel and stops the power down.

If it's invalid, it's more than likely you got your google account wrong, check on your computer and if it still doesn't work try to reset your password, or simply start a new google account.

Hi James. The website for ZeePad is www.zeepad.net but unfortunately, there is no contact information there that I've been able to find. There is indeed a link for "Contact Us" but it's not operational.
I've worked on quite a few of these tablets--never the Zeepad specifically, but you are likely to find that by the time you get the replacement power button and find someone to install it, it will be cheaper in the end to replace the tablet. I hope I'm wrong, but many of these imports are just so inexpensively built it's just not cost-effective to repair them.
