Hello:
This is a hardware problem.
1.- Try to connect an external LCD screen (like a T.V) or CRT monitor using a HD15 VGA cable, switch to the external screen. You should use Fn + F5 to switch between screens. (See your Samsung keyboard for exact key combination). If image comes out, your motherboard has no problem.
2.- The internal cable connection to the mainboard may be loose. You need to take apart the display panel to check it out.
3.- If you can see light on the lcd screen, that means your lcd inverter works fine, so, the lcd screen is damaged. You must replace the lcd screen.
4.- If you can't see any light on your screen, your screen inverter needs to be replaced.
I hope this helps. Thanks

Hi danielgardha,
I see that you are experiencing issues with your Laptop, you mentioned that the battery has %40 charge and that the adapter is plugged in on the laptop to the wall but still you get an orange light, but when you press the power button nothing happens on the machine.
I hope that this will help.

Hi Ashley,
It
clearly indicates that the battery of your laptop has deteriorated and
cannot hold enough charge to run the system without AC Adaptor/ external Power Supply Source. So, the
battery is supposed to be replaced with a new one. You may have noticed that the battery would be empty when you start the netbook and it shows 100% (fully charged) in a very less time. This happens due to the faulty/ deteriorated battery, which has very less charge holding capacity and hence shows fully charged in no time. If so, I suggest that you
buy a new genuine battery (not any replacement), as genuine battery
would last longer and serve you best.
On the contrary, if the battery gets charged normally and takes about 50-60 minutes to show 100%, then you may get the netbook checked by any authorized professional for complete hardware (Battery/ AC Adaptor etc).
Hope it helps! Good Luck! Thanks for using Fixya!
