The model number you supplied is not correct so here is all the downloads for your computer. You will need the operating system and the model number. The model number is not 1860 needs more and should start with a letter

All HCL PC comes with a application and driver CD simply load up the CD and install it

Else call the free helpline number and they would dispatch the same

No just audio but network and graphics drivers would also be in it...which you got to install after formating the system

NO HDD RECOVERY AREA !

first boot pc, then right before windows would start, press either F2 or F8,, I think it's F2, this will bring you to bios settings, look for bootup device options, Set cd-rom as first bootup device, then Hard drive as second device, Then save settings, insert recover cd, then restart pc, it will immediately boot up your recover cd or windows disc

I have a toshiba satelitte A135-S2326 laptop (Vista).

First start your computer and click on F1 or delete or F2 to go to your driver config or F8 to go to safe mode. Select the first driver CD and that will let the computer to start from the CD, then insert your MS disk on the cd drive and start the computer you will be asked questions and including repairing or install new, etc. select the one you need...let me know how that work for you and please do not forget to rate my service so we can improve on it with your help. check, you must have got some driver CDs with your computer. Install from that or go to Toshiba.com and you will see there driver download section. Search there.
