It sounds like the pump that pumps the water to the heater is faulty. Try the non-return valve on the pump it may be sticking.

Your heater in the cleaner is either plugged or has quit working, make sure you are getting a good ground for the cleaner. you may want to check the ground pin on the cord and make sure it is not loose or broken.

My 4488 euro steam will not heat up?? All connections etc have been cut and reconnected. Power light is on! Any ideas????
