I have a KX-TG2303 Panasonic cordless phone and now it will not allow me to make calls. Get a double beep when pushing the "TALK" bottom. Though it may have been the battary but problem still persists after the battary was changed and charged for 6 hours.

go google and down load the user manual for your cordless phone
type in --user manual for Panasonic cordless phone model kx-tgca21s -- download any pdf version and follow the instruction in the manual
call Panasonic direct on their help line number and have a technician talk you through how to connect as you want

With the phone off press the volume up and down button to ensure which ring tome you have. the up and down keys will change the volume. Now, press each of the keys 1 through 9 to select the ring tone you would like. Please let each ring tone finish before selecting a different one else the one you select next will not ring to let you know what it is.

Not unless the phone as 2 lines but u have to call the both people or the person you called can but it go's both ways you just have to press the talk button then call someone then press talk again then call that person then press talk again and you all three should be on the same line

press the function button (lower left) arrow down to i"Initial Settings" , arrow right, arrow down to "Auto Talk" arrow down to "off" press "Save"

Sounds like a defective handset or base unit. Unplug the base unit from power and the telephone jack. Leave unplugged for 1 minute, this sometimes helps the phone to reset from a problem. Unplug the battery from the handset and plug back in after a minute also to help reset. Place your handset in the base unit for about 1 minute to allow the handset to link up with the base unit. If this doesn't work you may have a defective phone. Contact Panasonic support for further information if this does not work.

Your phone (KX-TC911-B) can store up to 10 phone numbers. Numbers 0 - 10 are your memory stations.

1. Make sure the TALK indicator light is off.
2.Press Program. The TALK indicator light will start flashing.
3. Enter the phone number.
4. Press AUTO.
5. Press a memory station where you want to store a particular phone number.
6. You will hear a confirmation tone. 1 beep means the number has been successfully stored.
2 beeps mean, you entered the same number that has already been previously stored.

The flash button is the black button to the left of the Menu button, when you are on a call, or the talk button has been pushed to use the handset. It doesn't show when the phone is in standby, but when it is on, it should say Flash in the LCD screen and have an arrow pointing to the button.

Press MENU, scroll down to INITIAL SETTINGS (press select), scroll down to REGISTRATION (press select), then select HS REGISTRATION, and follow the instructions on the handset screen. This is for the KX-TG6071B, but is similar for most Panasonic Cordless phones. That will link the handset to the base, and YOU MUST DO IT WITH EACH HANDSET.

The simple answer is: while you are not using the phone, press the up or down volume button and it should turn the ringer back on. To turn the ringer back off, press and hold the down volume button until you hear two beeps. You can adjust the volume while the phone is ringing. The manual will tell you how to change your ringer tones, etc.
