Sealtite I can't figure out how to put in batteries. Is there a manual. ST 10 model

You just have to turn the big black knob on the top of the steam buggy. If it is a little hard to turn, then use some pliers, which will do the job fine. As I had the same problem a few weeks ago.

I did also so I went to

and down loaded one - and its great, I have been trying ot figure a few things out on the this machine and it was work the $10 I paid. You can't get it for free, no matter what - I have been checking for a yr now!! and finally went to tradebit.com and downloaded it easy

Its not the battery and there are lots of complaints about this.

I tried the website for manuals but no luck. I called the toll-free # 1-800-282-2886 and got a rep right away. I gave him the model and s/n (lower bottom on the back side) and he walked me thru it. For the model I have, there are 3 screws to remove - With the vacuum upright and standing facing it - there is on on the right and one on the left of the bottom cover and one on the left side near the hose intake. Remove those to get to the belt. I ordered the belt with him too - althought the belts were cheap ($2.99 for 2) the shipping was $8. If this didnt help - call the 800# - they were great.
