Warning: Do not enter any wrong unlock unlock codes on your Samsung SGH-D415 mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.
1 - Switch ON your Samsung SGH-D415 mobile phone with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card.

If it does not work, you can try these methods:
Method 1:

after you do that it will seem to shutoff but leave it and it will then open up to working screen... you will have to enter this code each time you turn off the phone but it should work,,, if u have any questions... e-mail me at [email protected]

two codes you need to know!
FULL RESET: *2767*3855#
NETWORK: *#9998*638#
Basically first do a Full Reset (this is deletes Everything saved on the phone; But this is isnt the firmware so its safe)
Then insert whatever SIM card you want and type in NETWORK (*#9998*638)... your phone will freeze for a sec (this is normal) and the restart... youll get a message saying "Please Wait..." and then you phone is working
NOTE: The NETWORK (*#9998*638#) code has to be typed in every time you start the phone
MY o2 j600 (J600AYGF1) was "Phone Locked, Return to service" and then i used this code and it was fine...
My j600 is now back to normal by typing #0111*RANDOMCODE# and the incorrect password message came up and tyhen worked
!!!!!!!!BUT PLEASE DONT DO THIS COZ IT WAS LUCKY!!!!!!!!

Try this:
1. put non accepted sim card to phone
2. make full eprom reset (*2767*3855#)
3. enter this code to change the nck code to (00000000)
(*7465625*638*00000000*00000000#) enter
4. to permanently unlock the phone enter this code
(*7465625*638*00000000#)
5. check the phone lock status (*#7465625#)...enjoy ur phone r unlock
