SOURCE: Can't reset the time on digital watch
Hi,
I found the solution at http://www.watchliquidators.com/fossildir/Nike.asp
Hold down the button at the top left (the light) for about 4 seconds. The second part of the time will start blinking. I tried this before, I'm sure, but I must not have noticed the blinking and thought nothing was happening.
Once the seconds numbers are blinking, push the top right button (Start/Stop) to move to the hour or minute. Push the bottom right button (Lap/Reset) to change the time. When you're done, push the top left button (Light) again.

try holding down one or more of the buttons at once, you should hear a short beep indicating that the beep is off
SOURCE: I cant set the correct day on my digital watch ,The watch has CG onit and is WR 100FT
press mode 3 times to get to time set. then press reset to choose (hour, minute, seconds, day, month, date) and press start to change them. press mode again when finished.
SOURCE: Bijoux Terner Sport Watch Trouble
japgap has it pretty much right .... Start by pressing the Mode Key. It should change the mode (probably to stopwatch first on first press, alarm if Mode Key is pressed again, then time if pressed a third time). (NOTE: pressing the Mode Key to get action isn't about the length of time pressing the key, its about getting a "connection" when pressing!!! The sport watch doesn't have the greatest quality construction so a simple press does not always make a connection).
Once in the time mode, the seconds will be blinking, press the Reset Key to move to minutes and Start Key to advance the minutes, then Reset Key to move to hours and Start key to advance the hours. Mode Key to get back to regular operation.
SOURCE: Just bought an Adidas Seoul Watch ADH2044 and
Figured it out - Press & hold 'A' then press 'D'. THEN press 'B' to
toggle through the selections to set T1. T2 (for another time zone) is
up or down in the offset. Good luck!
btw - A, B buttons are from top to bottom on left and C, D are top to bottom right
