I'm not 100% sure about vista because I hate it but I can help you copy all of your outlook express data to a CD\DVD disk & your address book. Your network settings for express account is a phone call to your ISP.
If vista's explorer is set up like XP you should be able to copy your data into outlook express.
Open all these folders on you XP system. User name\Application Data\Identities\{xxxxxxx}\Microsoft\Outlook Express Copy the Outlook Express folder to your CD. User name\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book. Copy Address Book folder. Making sure you have everything. Open, User name\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{xxxxxxx}\Microsoft\Outlook Express Compair the two Outlook Express folder files. CD will not allow copy of same named folder. If Vista's lay out is the same as XP than copy Outlook Express folder to Vista.
Suggest you have your current ISP setting /account setup before copying to Vista
Let me know if this works for you!
Good Luck & Kind Regards.
