I had to buy a converter for my TV and I was able to hook up the converter but i can't hook up my DVD player. My TV just has 2 cords coming from the back, the power cord and the cable cord. My DVD player has those 3 colored plug in things, i used to be able to watch the dvd player through the VCR, but now i can't do that cause i can't hook the VCR up to the converter. How can i hook up my DVD player and my HD converter at the same time? Is there some sort of thing i can buy to make them all work?
Connect as follows,,,
converter-->VCR-->TV
DVD-->VCR-->TV
watch DVD as before, when VCR is off, the converter will show up on the TV

I think i tried that but i wasn't getting a signal. And I would rather have my DVD player hooked up to the converter than my VCR. And when i tried to do all three nothing happened. Is there a way to hook the converter up to the VCR, then hook the DVD player up to the VCR like before?
Hi, Before the converter, the cable that goes into the converter from the antenna was plugged into the VCR input right? Then from antenna out on the VCR to TV ant in. Why didn't you run from the converter out to the VCR ant in like before?
