Audio driver is noty instaling in my pc

In my desktop pc audio driver is not properly instaled i lost my motherboard drivers cd and i allready saved the drivers in my pc its self is there any solution for this prob ?

    I see, looking back that I said what not to do, but made no suggestion as to what you should try.
    Downloading free/donation basis SnailDriver should do the trick by Updating and installing any questionable Drivers.
    Now some Drivers are proprietary. If a Free 3rd Party App, and this one suggested is open source and clean, then go to the Manufacturer's Website if possible to find and download the correct Driver. That they tweaked to make life more difficult. lol

1st of all it's in unreadable grammar.
2ndly, in what I can make out it says to format C drive.
Very BAD advice to just get Drivers.

Lost audio device
If AVG really have deleted your audio driver, all you need to do is to re-install the audio driver again from your motherboard CD/DVD. It should solve your problem.

If you have lost your motherboard CD/DVD, you should visit your motherboard manufacturer's website and download the audio and other necessary drivers compatible to your motherboard model.


And, one thing again, you must run a full-computer scan before you install anything again. As AVG has detected a virus and it was in your audio driver, there may be a possibility that viruses have spread throughout your system files.

Sound driver
Uninstall the drivers and install this software . Driver Max, for that do a google search and install the driver max software. This software automatically detects all the hardware components in your computer and installs the relevant drivers for them.

just go to the downloadcenter.intel.com and then select your motherboard there and then download the origional drivers for installation.

  • the sigmatel audio driver it is your audio driver not work properly. first thing to do get the installer of your computer or cd driver of your computer. then insert into a cd-rom of your computer. then open the file of the cd driver of your computer then find the installer audio driver. then click the executable file wait until finish to install the audio driver.

No audio sound on copputer
after re-installl the XP u should install the drivers for audio ,video,etc. those  drivers are in motherboard cd,it is provoided to u when u buying the PC.check for the motherboard cd for your computer or try to know ur motherboard model and serch through internet.

SOLUTION #1: If you have a driver CD that came with your eMachine, look for the audio folder on the CD. If there is a "setup" program inside this folder, then run it. SOLUTION #2: Start, Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager, right click on sound device, choose Update driver, install from list, don't search, have disk, browse to the audio driver location on the driver CD, then okay it.
