You need to put the device into pair mode, consult the instruction manual with how to do that (usually means hold the power button until you get a blue/red flash) when you have the device in pairing mode, when you search it will show up.
hello,it due to a bad ear piece,you will have to get a new one to replace the bad one.also ensure that the ear piece volume is set to high to ensure it's not the volume that makes you not to ear your callers.
This because in your handset there will be 2 speakers 1 is loud speaker and 2 nd one is ear piece speaker....
so the loud speaker is working fine ... There may be some loose contact in the ear piece speaker or the speaker might have got damaged ...
so if you are good at opening then just open your handset and check if there is any loose contact in the ear piece speaker .. is so fit it correctly .. or you replace the ear piece speaker with the new one ...
if you are not good at opening then just contact the technician ... he will do it ... The ear piece speaker is very cheap so no problem .. just buy the ear piece speaker which is compatible to your handset in the shop if you are doing it by your self ...
the technician might take the service charge for this that s all but the ear piece speaker is too much cheap ..

your ear piece needs to be replaced or either replace the flexi from the ear piece with a new one.normally flexi gets damaged .and the last resort is to make direct connection of negative and positive terminal with the ear piece components.

Press the on key while holding the volume key for about 5 seconds .Then have your wife run to the garage and get the biggest hammer she can find by this time you should have gotten fed up with the whole idea of holding the buttons and slung the thing on the floor . your wife should hand you the hammer ,take the hammer and place your feet shoulders width and crouch with your knees bent then raise the hammer and smash the holy crap out of the china made piece of crap watch the shattered pieces fly across the floor .Then take a real big deep breath and say to your self thank god thats over , then set down on the couch and call radio shack for a head set with a usb connector which will easly plug into the ps3 usb port ! You will have 2 head phones to cover your cold ears while you play and the microphone will be adjustible ! I hope this helps .
