Stripped gear in motor

Stripped nylon gear in motor of Old Fashioned movie time popcorn cart model # CCP-509 motor # XB6020 120V-60H2

Do I have to replace the entire motor???

    I got the same problem as yours,and the costumer service guy told me the same,why should people buy stuff that has no spare parts?? We should organize a campaign in all forums advising potential costumers not to buy any Nostalgia Electrics\'!!!

    Forgot to mention, these machines are Chinese, which are supposed to be cheap but bottom quality.

I just spoke with Nostalgia Electrics Customer Service and they stated that they do not sell replacement parts of any type for this piece of CR4P! Seriously... why would anyone design a nylon gear in between two metal gears unless it was designed to fail.
