I'd suggest that your memory or hard drive is going bad. RAM issues are normally accompanied by a blue screen with a STOP 0xxxxx00038 (example) type of message or a Page fault type error, which is caused when windows loads, and the full potential of the Ram module is used, highlighting the fault with the module.
Try substituting a RAM module and see if this stops the problem, then, if you get it running, download MEMTEST and run it for an hour to check the ability of the ram to read and write information.
If the ram is ok, the fault may be with the hard drive, a faulty drive will not read the sectors that Windows is installed on and this might account for the constant rebooting. If you can remove the drive test it externally using a docking station or slave it to a working computer and download HDD check, which will test for any performance drop or bad sectors.
If you think that the Ram and HDD are ok, then obtain an external USB DVD drive and try a repair after setting the bios to boot from the USB drive
Its ram problem in most cases.First check it by removing rams of your system, second check hdd. when system display screen its firs load in ram for processing then processor send it to vga and if ram have problem then processor unable to process msg for you and you unable to see screen.
If there is no display, try resetting your bios or cmos. Then check by turn it on, if it's still the same check your system ram, unplug your ram and clean the pin using hard eraser then brush it using small paint brush. In case you have two ram check 1 by 1 plugging onto your dimm slot. Causes of no display are defective memory, defective motherboard chipset due to overheat and defective LCD. Have a good day!
Blue screen is usually a 'windows accessing RAM memory' problem, so try removing your ram one at a time.
Failing that, boot from a ubuntu disk (download from here and burn to disk) and run a test on your ram.
Finally, if it's not the ram, do a system restore, or a windows reinstall from disk.
thats the blue screen of death generally its an issue with ur RAM try taking the Ram out n replacing it as maybe connection error if thats no help Replace it with some New RAM n will fix the Problem
it may be your graphics card problem, connect the monitor cable to vga port in motherboard and check. If the problem is not clear check your board(bios may be corrupt) and ram.
Your RAM maybe bad, or too low or just don't have any. Had the same problem with a IBM ThinkPad R31 and all I did was added a 512MB RAM Chip in it and screen came on and loaded to bios.

problems like this is associated to RAM malfunctioning.
1.your RAM might not be sitting properly on the RAM slot, you will need to resit the RAM by opening the system unit and remove the Ram and resit it firmly.
2.if step one prove abortive, check the RAM for compatibility and the RAM health of such Ram.if it continue,
3.consider replacing the RAM with a known good one
