Please check details below:
1. First check if the software provided with your Printer is already installed and if not check the URL below to download the software or driver just in case you lost your Canon CD/DVD: http://www.canon.com.au/For-You/Printers/PIXMA-InkJet-Printers/MG3260
2 Once installed and for Windows user follow the steps below:
a. Click "Start" then click "All Programs"
b. Look for for "Canon Utilities" and click "MP Navigator EX 3.0".
c. Choose "One Click" on the upper right.
d. Then you can start scanning starting from "Auto scan", "Save to PC", "Save as PDF file" and so on.

Please note that I'm currenly im using Canon Pixma 250.

Your printer must be turned on.
Open the printer by lifting the whole scanner assembly. The Carraiges should move into position so that the cartridges can be inserted.

Once you re installed whole software ......... and install one by one softwares frm CD...... and go to control panal and change the settings ther.............
and restart you system .

Go to Control panel = Uninstall program = remove Canon Mp470 driver... after completing = re-install the programme again.. while installing program you must select "Easy install" thanks...

what operating system (OS) are you using on your machine? is it windows xp/vista/windows7?
1. try installing the software CD that came with the printer.
2. after installing it go to start button and select devices and printers. and add the printer from.
after this it should work perfectly.

[From Stopped Original]:
If a paper jam occurs in the feeder, scanning starts again from the page of the document scanning was interrupted.
