This should be remedied by re-applying the customisation on the device. This is done by performing a Hard Reset by holding down the Power button while using the Stylus to press the small hole labelled ‘Reset’ on the bottom left of the device.

NOTE: The Hard reset does erase all user data on the device, so backup or synchronise your device to your PC first, in order to save your data. Perform a Hard Reset, align the screen and perform the cut and past training, and set the time zone. Then a list of operator’s settings should appear. Choose one and then read and accept any licence conditions, as applicable.. Let all the applications install, the device will reset automatically when this has been completed.

My jama 101 i mate is showing me arabic setting which i can not understand. so i am not able to shift back to english language. can anyone halp?

reset your gadget, go to start -> settings -> system -> and press the icon appearing as red exclamatory mark and code is 1234 and while installing the drivers say no to Arabic language support

Imate jama changing arabic language to english i have i-mate jama

reset the phone.. master reset.. on start up, it will ask a long message with "ACCEPT" and "REJECT" as choices. In that if u click "REJECT", it will install the interface in English. If you choose "ACCEPT", it will install in Arabic.
