You can buy
workshop packs with juggling equipment. Even the basic kits include bean bag
balls, sticks, spinning plates etc. Oddballs
have a range of workshop packs and it really depends how many people you think
will be coming to the group.
You
can juggle with all sorts of things - bean bags, balls, clubs, rings but you
can even use apples and oranges if you don't have the right equipment but want
to give it a try.
Check out
this tutorial on Juggler Org that shows you how to make your own juggling
clubs. It's not that simple, so you have to love DIY, and if not you might find
it just easier to buy, but if you love a challenge you might enjoy this
project.
Juggling rings are good fun. They are a mid-way step between juggling balls and clubs. And I found them really good for my kids as they don't cause injuries, so if you have more than one person wanting to juggle they can all practice together without injuring each other.
Fire
juggling is basically juggling with a
twist. Experienced club jugglers add fuel to their clubs and light them.
It's very important that fire juggling is done in a safe place, with safety
equipment at hand and with supervision.
