Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue: 1. Check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter. Please be aware that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider). 2. Check that you're trying to log in from the exact email address you registered with. A common error is registering with an incorrect email domain (e.g., @comcast.com is not the same as @comcast.net). keep in mind that email addresses never begin with a "www" prefix. If you did not receive your confirmation, fill the form below: www.facebook..
YYahoo can be very touchy about being logged in from 2 locations go to the last place you were able to log in and make sure you are logged out. Yahoo automatically keeps you logged in for 2 weeks at a time.
please try following:
1. clear all cookies, history and temporary files from browser.
2. uninstall all additional toolbars (yahoo, google etc.)
3. uninstall yahoo messenger.
4. clear yahoo registry entries using ccleaner
5. try to login
6. now install yahoo messenger.
please let me know if this works and please dont forget to rate this.
1) Clear your cookies and temporary internet files (AKA cache), exit from the browser, then restart the browser. 2) If you are a home user and do not pay for a static IP address, get a different dynamic IP address; do [Start] > [Run] > cmd > ipconfig {{write down the IP address, then disconnect from the Internet with}} ipconfig /release {{wait a few minutes and then reconnect with}} ipconfig / renew {{compare the new IP address to the old to make sure your IP address changed, then try again}} If you are an office user, try someone else's PC which will have a different IP address. 3) Log into Yahoo through a different country's server. I.e. if you usually log into Yahoo via http://login.yahoo.com/ or http://mail.yahoo.com/ then tryhttp://login.korea.yahoo.com/ or http://nz.yahoo.com/ 4). Access your Yahoo mailbox via http://wap.oa.yahoo.com/ 5) Use a different browser. Use Firefox (free download from mozilla.com) if you normally use IE or Safari. 6) If you have a web accelerator (mostly an affliction of dial-up users) then try turning it off. 7) If you use a proxy server (mostly a corporate user thing) then try turning it off.
Unfortunately, there is no way around that. It is a temporary internal Yahoo error. It should resolve itself. Log out and log back in to see if it is resolved. If you can't get in after a couple hours, call the Yahoo customer care number: 408-349-1572 (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) and inform them of the issue.
I have found that sometimes I can't log in then try an hour or so later and get in first time. IF it keeps up, email [email protected] with the FULL details of your account and tell them what error messages you get.
