I have a pannaway dsl modem through my internet service provider and I recently purchased a NetGear N600 Wireless Dual Band Router and hooked it up to my pannaway modem and am having trouble connecting to the internet on either the laptops or the xbox 360 can you help

1. What is the exact error message that you get?

if i were to guess you are probably a PPPoE user with a dynamic IP address.

suggestion try using mixed mode wireless b/g this will allow the wireless g router to see the wireless n adapter, it will not have high speed mimo technology enabled but it will fucntion as a wireless g adpater, good luck with it. having a wilress n router is required to pair their the wilress n adapter, otehrwise no speed benafit or mimo technology, i hope this helps you a bit. their was very little to work with, but i think we have it.

Seems that the router is producing the wireless signal the problem is only with the computer.
What i can suggest you is to delete all the wireless networks from the list and then try to add the network again.

Never buy Netgear. They design product so it won't work unless you pay more for technical support. They told me the technicians during the 90 day warranty are not good enough to fix problems, so you can't get solution until warranty runs out and you have to pay extra!
