if there is a reset switch (there should be and unmarked depression about the size of a pencil tip) try pressing that. you can also try disconnecting the battery for a minute or so.

Far as using the pendrive, thumb drive etc., most mp3 players with usb will support mp3 from these types of devices.

Have you checked the fuse? That's the most common issue with this model.

i got same problem too.....

call panasonic with the serial and they will supply you with the code ...but they will ask for some type of proof you own it .. legally a letter to them is enough

Unfortunately radio codes for the VW Panasonic radio (using the Serial Number) will not be available for free from anywhere on the Internet.

Try your Main Dealer .....or a Decoding Service (who will plug it into a laptop to read the code in your radio memory chip )
