Can't install csi dark motives on windows 7 pc

SOURCE: I installed CSI Dark Motives on my Windows 7, but

The video game won't play due to the fact that it is not compatible with Windows 7
My recommendation would be to either try running it in XP mode if you happen to be running Win7: Professional or Ultimate. Further information can be found HERE
Otherwise, the next best thing is to install it on a different machine NOT running Windows Vista or 7.
